QHS Travel now requires all users to have an account. Check your email inbox for for a message from corporate@panda-group.com. Click on the link in the email to create a password for your new QHS Travel account. QHS Travel

QHSTravel.com has been designed to provide The Queen's Health Systems Travel Coordinators information based on the current contract and The Queen's Health Systems, System-Wide Corporate Travel Program Policy. Panda Travel, Inc. is committed to providing such travel services by working closely with the offices of the Chief Financial Officer of The Queen’s Health Systems.

The current contract and policy covers authorized Queen's Travelers (Employees & Non-Employees) of The Queen's Health Systems, comprised of: The Queen's Health Systems, The Queen's Medical Center (Punchbowl and West Oahu), Queen Emma Land Company, Molokai General Hospital, Queen's Development Corporation, Queen's Insurance Exchange, North Hawaii Community Hospital and its' affiliates: Diagnostic Laboratory Services and CareResource Hawaii.

Air Travel Reservations

Panda Travel, Inc. shall arrange as requested, approved Queen's business air travel arrangements for inter-island, domestic and international flights for The Queen's Health Systems and its' affiliates.

Panda Travel Corporate Agents will provide a minimum of 3 quotes that are the lowest applicable airfare based on the authorized dates of travel. Travel routes will be the most economical and direct routes available to the pont of business destination. Any additional expenses incurred for specific airline preference not provided in the minimum quotes may incur out-of-pocket expense to the Queen's Traveler. Any additional expenses incurred for arrangements or changes due to personal travel will be the responsibility of the Queen's business traveler.

Hotel Reservations

Panda Travel Corporate Agents will gladly assist you with hotel accommodations for your Queen's Traveler's on-island or those traveling to neighbor-island, domestic or international destinations. However, The Queen's Health Systems offers preferred Corporate Hotels for their Queen's Traveler's who require hotel accommodations on the island of Oahu and limited properties on neighboring islands. For off-island hotel accommodations related to Conferences, your Corporate Travel Program Policy requests that you book your Queen's Traveler's at the recommended hotels in conjunction with conference or the conference host hotels.

Car Rental Reservations

Rental cars should only be requested when necessary and most economical. Please book all car rental accommodations via The Queen's Health Systems Car Rental Corporate website.

Quality Assurance

To provide Quality Assurance, your Coordinator, Corporate Travel Program, The Queen's Health Systems and Panda Travel , Inc. has redesigned the QHS Travel website to ensure all required information is provided and Panda Travel, Inc. is expected to ensure that The Queen's Travel Authorization Form is fully completed with all the applicable information and appropriate approvals. Any discrepancies or exceptions will be questioned and reviewed by the Coordinator, Corporate Travel Program, The Queen's Health Systems.
